Class 4 is boot camp ! You tying in things that you were taught from classes 1-3 . Pretty much this class is like the final exam .

You will come in & we will immediately start the with a warm up round consisting of you practicing your turns , good posture, strives , confidence, connecting to music , & energy .

After the warm up bookcamp/drilling starts . I️ will be keep keeping tally marks of the pros & cons of your walk . More cons than pros will consist of you doing push ups . If you have more pros than cons , I️ will have to do push ups.
